Job Description
Leader Automotive Group is a whollyowned subsidiary of AutoCanada a publiclytraded company. Leader Automotive is AutoCanadas first footprint into the U.S. market and we currently have ten dealerships consisting of 23 different franchises and over 600 employees. We have a strong presence in the Chicagoland area with eightdealerships and two more located in central Illinois. We are searching for talented individuals to begin a new and exciting legacy in the U.S. market.
We are currently searching for a parttime driver to shuttle our interdepartment mail between our 8 Chicagoland dealerships. The workweek would consist of Monday Wednesday and Friday 5 hours a day. Leader Automotive will provide a Company vehicle to transport mail between stores. This job could be a perfect fit for a retiree who wants to get out of the house. Responsibilities
- Transport interdepartment mailto and from their destination professionally and safely.
- Must be able to keepa timely shuttle route without delays.
- Monitor shuttle vehicle maintenance and fuel.
- Run errands for the dealership as directed.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers at all times.
- Employ good judgment safe driving skills abide by all traffic regulations.
- Operate radio or similar device to communicate with dealership or other vehicles to report disruption of service according to traffic regulations.
- Notify service manager of any servicing the shuttle vehicle may require such as oil changes tires cleaning and general maintenance.
Qualifications
- High School graduate or equivalent
- Excellent driving skills and clean Motor Vehicle Record
- Good interpersonal skills
- Consistent record of achieving or overachieving goals
- Extraordinary communication skills and superior customer service skills
- Professional appearance and work ethic
- Positive outlook with a highenergy personality
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
