Business Development Representative


Softura is a fast growing company with offices in Michigan and Chicago as well as an offshore delivery center in India. You will have the opportunity to rollup your sleeves and help the company move from strategy to services most in demand today.


Role Definition


The purpose of this position is to develop sales for Softura Inc. Our main services feature Microsoft Technologies which include Digital Transformation Application Migrations Business Intelligence SharePoint Azure and others. The demand for these services is increasing rapidly as companies realize that Digital Transformation is becoming not just a strategic advantage but also a matter of survival. The ideal candidate will have a proven record of high performance with a hunter mentality for mining new accounts/opportunities at the executive level. The candidate will develop revenueproducing relationships with decisionmaking Clevel executives as well as drive the sales cycle of all assigned sales opportunities from initial prospect communication through contract . The goal is to meet quota by developing strong value propositions and deliver business solution presentations to executive decisionmakers. Functions


  • Develop a thorough understanding of the Midwest market and develop strategies for market penetration.
  • Achieve lead generation prospecting and other sales management goals designed to build an optimal sales pipeline.
  • Achieve monthly quarterly and annual sales targets with channel partners and/or new growth.
  • Personally develop strong longterm relationships and referrals with senior management at existing customers and targeted companies.
  • Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
  • Effectively communicate Softuras value proposition as it relates to our services and products.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with customers and partners within assigned territory.
  • Monitor and mediate all necessary communications between customer partner and technical resources within each account through Softura defined sales cycle.
  • Maintain internal communications within executive team relative to specific opportunities and the associated requirements utilizing the standard CRM tools and reports.


Qualifications Required (Skills)


  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of three 3 to seven 7 years sales experience with proven ability to develop new markets and achieve quota.
  • Experience in solution selling of B2B Microsoft Product Suite.
  • Adept at building and maintaining deep relationships with customers requires an engaging personality to foster this initiative.
  • Selfmotivated and ability to follow written/verbal instructions and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Has proven track record of sales success in Information Technology industry.
  • Excellent communication and command of English language interpersonal leadership presentation problem solving and analytical skills.
