Title: Site Health Safety & Environment Intern
Reports To: HSE Manager

Description:
The role of a Site HSE Intern is to guarantee according to national legislation the respect and the enforcement of the Groups HSE policy. The main missions of the role are to:
Assist with analyzing the site risks and bring solutions to improve the working conditions; the level of industrial safety; and respect of the environment.
Assist an annual HSE action plan to the site management.
Coach and support the site management and employees.
Participate in Faurecias HSE network.
Monitor legal compliance and manage the sites relations with local government and regulatory organizations.
Understanding the reporting of HSE indicators (FR0t environmental data)
Assist with the organize and drive HSE audits and trainings.
Carry out accident investigations and drive corrective actions.

Your profile and competencies to succeed

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have/be:
Pursing a degree in engineering with a specialization in Health Safety & Environment or a related field of study
Knowledge of local regional and national regulatory requirements (OSHA EPA etc.
General knowledge of automotive production plant technologies

The Employee is aware and ensures the respect of the Internal Rules Code of Ethics and Management Code applicable in the establishment to which she/he is assigned.
