Could you be the fulltime EHS Lead in Mumbai were looking for

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your environmental health and safety (EHS) expertise in a new cuttingedge field. Youll work alongside dedicated and proactive teammates.

Youll support project management in achieving outstanding EHS results and ensure the safety of operations and the environment. Daytoday youll work closely with teams across the business (project management social and medical partners HR) monitor compliance with statutory and company requirements and much more.

Youll specifically take care of EHS risk assessments emergency plans and subcontractor activities but also build the project EHS communication plan and implement EHS training programs.

Well look to you for:

  • Supporting Project Management in achieving EHS results
  • Ensuring EHS Risk Assessment is thoroughly conducted
  • Preparing implementing and maintaining emergency plans
  • Controlling subcontractor activities with respect to EHS
  • Assisting coaching and assessing the EHS teams
  • Ensuring Alstom EHS standards and tools are deployed
  • Maintaining records and monitoring compliance

  • Degree in Environmental Science Safety Engineering or related field
  • Experience or understanding of EHS management in project environments
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance and industry standards
  • Familiarity with emergency response planning and risk assessment
  • A relevant professional certification (e.g. NEBOSH CSP)
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural team
