Description

The role is responsible for leading and executing highpriority initiatives that enhance quality operational efficiency stakeholder engagement and strategic alignment across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing crossfunction projects developing effective communication strategies and driving organizational changes in a fastpaced healthcare environment.

Primary duties and responsibilities:

1. Project Management:

  • Lead and oversee special projects from inception to completion ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategic priorities
  • Develop project plans timelines budgets and performance metrics to track progress and ensure timely delivery
  • Coordinate crossfunctional teams facilitating collaboration between departments to achieve project objectives
  • Identify potential risks develop mitigation strategies and ensure project success within scope time and budget constraints.

2. Communication & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Develop and implement comprehensive communication plans for special projects ensuring clear messaging and engagement across internal and external stakeholders
  • Act as liaison between leadership clinical teams administrative staff and external partners to facilitate project success
  • Prepare reports presentations and updates for executive leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Organize and lead meetings workshops and training sessions to ensure alignment and adoption of new initiatives

3. Strategic & Operational Support

  • Conduct research and data analysis to support decisionmaking and project development
  • Monitor healthcare industry trends regulatory changes and best practices to inform project strategies.

Additional Duties As Assigned Travel: Less than 10 of the time may be required.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education

  • Bachelors in healthcare administration business communications public health or a related field.

Experience

  • 5 years of experience in project management and communication within a healthcare setting.
    • Preferred Qualifications Education
  • Masters Degree in healthcare administration business communications public health or a related field.
  • Certification Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar credential is a plus.

Knowledge skills and ability requirements:

  • Experience in managing largescale projects preferably in a hospital health system or managed care organization.
