Job Description

Interested in Amazon Alexa and the future of voice assistants and connected devices Come work on it! Alexa Brand Marketing team is looking for a dynamic customerobsessed and passionate marketeer to help drive voice assistant growth by connecting new and existing Alexa customers to the most relevant features and functionalities.

Were looking for a social media manager with experience in paid social operations across EU5. This individual will lead activation of paid social campaigns across key social media platforms YouTube Instagram and TikTok handling launch optimization and reporting. This individual should have a proven track record managing multiple stakeholders (both internal & agency) and integrated campaigns end to end.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable dealing with significant ambiguity have strong ownership can work successfully across global teams (internal & agency) and have a good sense of metricbased decision making. You will need to be highly organized analytical able to prioritize effectively in a fastmoving environment. You should also be comfortable guiding partner teams on social best practices in order to improve performance and processes communicating clearly and persuasively.

Key job responsibilities
Own EU social marketing content calendar creation and management as well as communication and partnership with internal teams such as PR Product Marketing and wider Brand team.
Lead the endtoend management of paid social media campaigns from strategy to implementation and reporting (ideally familiar with Sprinklr)
Offer insights and datadriven recommendations to improve campaign performance.
Collaborate with wider agency teams on campaign planning activation and performance reporting.
Adopt a testandlearn approach experimenting with new products targeting strategies and ad formats.
Drive best practices to maximise campaign impact and continuously optimize for performance.

Multiple years of experience in social media marketing
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or Communications
Experience working with external marketing agencies
Experience managing & running paid social media campaigns
Experience with digital content management platforms (e.g. Sprinklr)
Strong analytic and quantitative skills ability to use data to develop and measure marketing programs

High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously
Excellent crossfunctional collaboration skills ability to impact outcomes in a fastpaced matrixed environment
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
Fluency in German French Spanish or Italian is a plus
