The Illinois Department of Children and Family Services is seeking an organized professional and results oriented individual to serve as Staff Assistant to the Central Office of Licensing Associate Deputy. Under general direction this position will provide input to the Associate Deputy concerning statewide monitoring of the Central Office of Licensing processes and develop strategies to effectively fulfill Agency objectives. The position will also conduct research and carry out special assignments. Additionally the position will confer with the Associate Deputy and finalize the licensing processes by preparing and composing letters to be signed by the Associate Deputy.
This position provides a great opportunity for someone who is detail oriented and interested in playing a supportive role in the agencys operations.
