PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT/ADVANCED PRACTICE NURSE
Endocrinology
If you arelooking for a collaborative dynamic physicianled practice environment where you can learn grow and excel in providing integrated multidisciplinary patient centered care then Summit Health is the place to be! We are seeking alicensed Physician Assistant / Advanced Practice Nurse to work collaboratively with our Endocrinology Team.
Requirements include:
- 1year experience required; 24 years preferred
- Physician Assistant/Advanced Practice Nurse License
- Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE)
- Must have experience with diabetes or treatment of diabetic patients
- Insulin pump experience strongly preferre
