We are looking for skilled RNs to join our combined Surgical Cardiac Progressive Care and Neuroscience unit at our downtown Fresno campus! In this 47bed unit you will care for a diverse patient population with various surgical cardiac and neuro comorbidities including postopen heart Left Ventricular Assist Device Pulmonary Hypertension trauma epilepsy brain tumors spinal injury and more! You should be a selfmotivated team player eager to learn and ready to contribute to the efforts of this closeknit team. As the regions flagship hospital this USCF academicaffiliated facility is home to the only Level I Trauma Center Comprehensive Stroke and Comprehensive Burn Center between Los Angeles and Sacramento serving as the areas safety net provider and covering nine counties. We are the only health system with the expertise and cuttingedge technology to handle the most challenging complex cases in the Central Valley. Qualifications
Qualifications
- Graduate of approved nursing program required
- RN Current State of California Registered Nurse license required
- Adult Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification must be obtained within 1 year of hire or transfer into job
- BLS Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by American Heart Association (AHA) required
