Key Responsibilities:
- Translate customer requirements developing and implementing visually arresting sophisticated and complex multimedia presentations including but not limited to webbased products and supporting promotional materials
- Demonstrate sophisticated design aesthetic applying principles and current trends in typography color and composition to branding interactive/multimedia 3D animation special visual effects narration and sound effects original video audio or video editing dynamic maps graphics databases or illustrations promotional materials and dynamic digital signage
- Consistently and effectively interact with customers senior managers technical staff and vendors to identify issues negotiate change meet deadlines and provide excellent customer service
- Create project storyboards and work plans
- Act as an authoritative review proofing their own work and that of others to consistently maintain a high level of quality and accuracy in correct classification format style and revisions
- Demonstrate authoritative knowledge of grammatical rules copyright laws and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) 508 compliance
- Successfully manage multiple projects with varying priority
- Estimates the hours and resources needed for successful project completion
- Lead review and implementation of improvements in quality standards and proofing process
- Apply technical multimedia production techniques tools and software to produce organized files for presentation output and archiving
- Deliver final products as CDROM DVD Web or other unique deliverables (e.g. kiosks and exhibits) for customer mission requirements
- Provide instruction to the customer on aspects of the project including navigation and specialized computer and display equipment
- Review and lead the development of and consistently follow workflow procedures timetoproject documentation and archiving protocols
- Lead review evaluate and advise software/hardware offerings and upgrades
- Establish guide and lead teams in their work centers initiatives and process improvements
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelors degree with over 15 years of experience
- 8 Years of NRO experience
- TS/SCI with polygraph; ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) eligibility and accesses
- Experience with UNIX Oracle and SQL
- Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop Adobe Illustrator and other visual design tools
- Provides guidance to junior team members
- Develop trusted relationships with Government leaders and with mission partners
- Flexible systems thinker with the ability to deliver results quickly
- Selfstarter with effective time management skills
- Strong attention to detail exceptional organizational and communication skills effective and clear written (and oral) communication ability strategic thinking and interpersonal skills
Desired:
- Masters degree with over 20 years or more of applicable experience
- 10 years of NRO experience
- Demonstrated ability to adapt and flex to the of multiple mission sets across a diverse set of programs and tasks
Scheduled Weekly Hours:
- 40 Standard; with the exception of when support is required for launch activities

This range is for the Colorado area only
Basic Compensation:
$119200 $178800
This range is for the Los Angeles area only
Basic Compensation:
$114000 $171000
This range is for the Santa Barbara area only
The offered rate will be based on the selected candidates knowledge skills abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.
Additional Compensation:
KBR may offer bonuses commissions or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels per internal policy or contractual designation. Additional compensation may be in the form of sign on bonus relocation benefits short term incentives long term incentives or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.
