What Youll Do in This Role:
Are you passionate about leading a dedicated team and making a real difference in the lives of seniors Were looking for an experienced and compassionate Residential Living Manager to lead inspire and support our team providing topnotch care to the residents of Meadowlark Retirement Village.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Directs the daytoday operations of the Health Services Department
- Participates in new elder orientation evaluations and planning for transitions including implementing appropriate support for elders moving out.
- Reviews completes and reports all elder accident/incident reports following established procedures and state laws and regulations.
- Performs administrative duties such as completing licensing forms reports evaluations studies and charting as required.
- Manages scheduling and ensures adequate Care Partner coverage to maintain consistent highquality care for elders.
- Provides leadership guidance and mentoring to direct reports supporting their professional growth.
- Oversees and ensures the effectiveness of training and orientation for new Care Partners to promote success and accuracy in their roles.
What Youll Need:
- Bachelor Degree in a health field with a major in Business Administration or Management
- Minimum of 5 years related healthcare experience
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience
- Completion of Medical Assistant education preferred
