Your role
Implement PMO methodologies and tools based on best practices to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness
Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements to adapt to the complexities of evolving projects and ensure competitiveness
Provide training for teams in new business areas and mentorship for project managers to foster accountability and continuous improvement
Lead the of new business projects to validate market viability and support the companys growth
Drive crossfunctional programs define project objectives and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle
Manage highstakes projects and complex situations such as postmerger integrations and major negotiations
Ensure timely and budgetcompliant project delivery through comprehensive monitoring and reporting to senior management
Proactively identify potential risks and shortfalls to take timely actions for effective issue resolution
Your profile
Masters or comparable university degree in business administration technical studies or related fields with outstanding results
Profound experience in project management with a focus on major crossfunctional multistakeholder programs; postmerger integration and restructuring proficiency as a preferred addition
Strong and wellfounded leadership skills and experience managing diverse teams
Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal competencies with the ability to engage effectively with international senior stakeholders
Strongly resultsoriented analytical and organizational skills paired with a cando attitude and strong personal resilience
Fluent written and spoken English and German Chinese is a plus
Openness to regular international travel
