Job Description
Holt CAT is the largest Caterpillar dealership of heavy equipment in the United States. We have a fulltime 1st shift Heavy Equipment Mechanic Shop Service Technician position available at our Georgetown Texas location which is located at 2101 Airport Rd Georgetown TX 78628. The hours of the position are Monday Friday 7 am to 4 pm.
This position is responsible for providing highquality repair service on heavy equipment in a shop environment responding to customer needs in a positive caring and timely manner and ensuring maximum value for work performed.
Qualifications:
- Troubleshoot and perform complex repairs correctly in the shop such as pumps hydraulic engine transmissions HVAC and electrical issues and repairs.
- At least3 years of field or shop service tech troubleshooting and repair skills of heavy equipment such as dozers backhoes frontend loaders excavators etc.
- Ability to be productive by working efficiently and effectively with a high energy level.
- Ability to work with limited supervision.
- Must have their own tools.
