Job Description
ChickfilA is hiring Management overseeing Cooks / Prep cooks.
We are looking at hiring Closing Leader to oversee Kitchen/Cook/Line Cook/Prep.
All training will be done inhouse through our orientation and training program.
We are hiring immediately and look forward to meeting with interested
candidates.

Leader responsibilities:
Oversee daytoday operations.
Design strategy and set goals.
Set policies and systems/processes.
Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally.
Prepare regular reports.
Coaching.
Run shifts and staff according to position.
Evaluate staff.
Follow food safety goals and regulations.
Use existing data and reports to provide solutions to issues and track results.
Use computers and iPads.
Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations including fries breading assembling and food prep.
Maintain personal knowledge by completing ongoing inhouse training and stay up to date on changes.
Make sure all opening or closing tasks as assigned and completed.
Requirements:
Must be 18 years of age.
Must be comfortableworking in a kitchen environment.
Like a fastpaced environment.
Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
Positive attitude.
Be an encourager.
Can lead a diverse age group.
