Job Description
The Manufacturing Intern will gain exposure to internal operations at Natoma Manufacturing LLC through hands on experience in manufacturing engineering and other areas of the company. Work on a project that relates to manufacturing or engineering. Build leadership and technical skills in a manufacturing role working on challenging realworld problems and solve for what the world needs.
This will be a temporary/seasonal position during the summer with the opportunity for continued parttime work during the school year or full time work after graduation.
OPEN TO HIGH SCHOOL AND COLLEGE STUDENTS.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in training programs that includes the Production Deburring and Quality Departments.
- Assist in key departmental projects and required job duties.
- Gain understanding of the manufacturing process controls.
- Works with the team to assist in the production of quality machined component parts conduct inprocess inspections to all standards of presentation and quality and primary cleaning secondary detection and removal of foreign objects and debris.
- Present findings and lessons learned to Executive Management at the end of the internship.
Must be a United States Citizen.
