Job Description: Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager with strong experience in managing Upworkbased projects and CMS platforms like WordPress BigCommerce etc. to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Communication:
- Lead active verbal and written communication with international clients primarily from Upwork.
- Understand client requirements set expectations and provide regular updates.

Project Management:
- Manage endtoend project lifecycle ensuring timely delivery quality and adherence to client specifications.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including developers designers and stakeholders to drive project success.
- Develop project plans allocate resources and monitor progress against set goals.

Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with Business Development Managers (BDMs) to ensure alignment on client requirements and project deliverables.
- Provide feedback and insights to refine and enhance project strategies.

Team Management:
- Coordinate with development teams to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ensure smooth communication and resolve bottlenecks to maintain productivity.

CMS Expertise:
- Leverage handson knowledge of CMS platforms like WordPress BigCommerce and others to guide project .
- Offer technical insights and troubleshoot challenges related to CMS projects.

Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Technical Background: Minimum of 2 years in software development preferably with experience in CMS platforms.
- Project Management Experience: At least 2 years in a project management role.
- Client Management: Proven experience managing international clients and projects sourced from platforms like Upwork.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Commitment: Must have a stable professional history with no less than 2 years in any previous organization.
