Position: Assisted Living Caregiver
Location: 800 Lantern Crest Way Santee Ca 92071
Type: FullTime
Shifts: ALL SHIFTS

Key Responsibilities:
- Personal Care: Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing dressing grooming and mobility.
- Companionship: Build meaningful relationships with residents providing emotional support and companionship.
- Health Monitoring: Monitor and report changes in residents health or behavior to ensure their wellbeing.
- Assistance with Meals: Help residents with meal preparation and dining ensuring a pleasant and safe dining experience.
- Maintain a Safe Environment: Ensure the living area is clean organized and safe for residents.
What Were Looking For:
- Compassion & Patience: A genuine love for working with seniors and a compassionate approach to caregiving.
- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with residents families and team members.
- Reliability: Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Previous Experience: While prior caregiving experience is beneficial a positive attitude and willingness to learn are equally important.
