Position Overview:
As part of the talented Navico Group Americas Sales team you will spearhead the development and of innovative sales strategies aimed at surpassing revenue targets and expanding the customer base for the region 150 Mil revenue). The Director of OEM Sales involves forging and nurturing highlevel relationships with senior and Clevel executives at OEMs ensuring that each interaction is tailored to their unique needs through insightful discovery sessions and compelling product demonstrations. By staying abreast of industry trends and market dynamics you will provide strategic datadriven recommendations that position Navico Group as a leader in the marine sector. Collaborating with crossfunctional teams you will ensure seamless transitions postsale and maintain exceptional client satisfaction. Your expertise in managing the sales pipeline from lead generation to closing coupled with your ability to align revenue goals with broader company objectives will be crucial in driving growth and building lasting partnerships. With a proven track record in B2B or enterprise sales particularly within the OEM market your communication and relationshipbuilding skills will be key assets in this dynamic and influential role.

The anticipated pay range for this position isannually. The actual base pay offered will vary depending on multiple factors including jobrelated knowledge/skills relevant experience business needs and geographic location. In addition to base pay this position is eligible for an annual discretionary sales bonus. This position is also eligible for an award target as part of Brunswicks longterm incentive program.
At Brunswick it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the salary range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the specifics of the candidates qualifications and the business context.
