Job Description
Springfield Public Schools seeks outstanding candidates for the position of Head JV Boyss Soccer Coach atSpringfield High School. This posting is for theschool year.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
- Coaching experience;
- Soccer knowledge and playing experience;
- Ability to work with high school students;
- Effective communication skills;
- Ability to work within school district guidelines and budget;
- ASEP and First Aid Certified;
- Availability for daily practices and matches;
- Ability to be District Van Certified;
- Ability and commitment to practice cultural competency and demonstrate respect for diversity.
QUALIFICATIONS DESIRED:
- Soccer coaching experience;
- Experience working with high school age students;
- Fundraising knowledge and/or capabilities;
- Understanding of OSAA rules and regulations;
- Good organizational skills;
- Ability to work with individuals and large groups;
- Ability to work with parents and booster clubs.
