Job Description

The Fleet Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the scheduling monitoring and tracking of maintenance and repair services for operated and nonoperated equipment and hydraulic attachments. This role involves coordinating with service technicians external equipment providers and various software systems to ensure efficient maintenance operations. The Fleet Maintenance Coordinator reports to the Shop Foreman.


RESPONSIBILITIES

Schedule and track maintenance and repair services for equipment and hydraulic attachments
Dispatch service technicians to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks
Renew service agreements with external equipment providers
Demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills
Maximize efficiency of service technician time
Ensure accurate and timely data entry in relevant software systems
Identify and communicate innovative methods to improve job tasks
Proficiency in SAP VisionLink Salus Outlook Excel and other required software
Review and knowledge of PM/MARC agreements for equipment
Create framework purchase orders for PM/MARC contracts
Monitor equipment service schedules in VisionLink and John Deere Link
Coordinate installation and setup of Bluetooth GPS devices on hydraulic attachments
Coordinate with service technicians for afterhours work
Monitor equipment maintenance needs and schedule services as required
Assist with inventory management tasks as requested

QUALIFICATIONS

Previous experience in fleet maintenance coordination or related field
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in relevant software systems
Knowledge of equipment maintenance processes and procedures
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
