Job Description
Training & Onboarding of New Hires
Train and onboard 1520 freshers per quarter with a structured program.
Ensure 90 completion rate and 80 independent performance within 3 months.
Achieve an 85 satisfaction score in training feedback.
Technical Training on Affiliate Marketing & Tools
Conduct training on Trackier vCommission processes and campaign tracking.
Ensure 100 competency check completion and reduce errors by 50 within 6 months.
Process Training (Internal Workflows & SOPs)
Train new hires on internal workflows to ensure zero major process deviations within 3 months.
Maintain 95 accuracy in campaign .
Soft Skills Professional Etiquette & Career Growth Training
Conduct monthly workshops on communication collaboration and professional growth.
Ensure 100 participation and achieve 80 improvement in manager feedback.
Continuous Improvement & Feedback Implementation
Implement a structured trainee evaluation system.
Maintain a 90 retention rate of trained hires in their first year.
Conduct monthly feedback sessions with HR and managers to refine training content.
Refresher Training for Existing Team Members
Conduct quarterly refresher sessions for team members.
Ensure 100 attendance and achieve an 85 satisfaction score.
Reduce processrelated errors by 30 YoY.
Requirements
Expertise in Affiliate Marketing & Performance Marketing
Strong knowledge of Trackier and Account Management
Ability to create structured training programs
Excellent communication public speaking and presentation skills
Proven mentorship and leadership abilities
Strong analytical skills to measure and improve training outcomes
Deep understanding of vCommissions ecosystem and affiliate industry trends
