Job Purpose
In this role the trainee will be assigned activities in the scope of application of supply chain strategies for new product introduction and to build a robust and flexible midlong term supply plan by identifying potential risk and ensure countermeasures.
Main responsibilities:
- Collecting data & issue reports to share with stakeholders
- Supporting team in key projects (reporting transfer to PBI)
- Document process & reporting digitalization
- Supporting data analysis and build up presentation to top management
- of process improvement project
Required Capabilities
- Excellent analytical skills
- Detailoriented and accurate
- Ability to proactively identify and solve issues
- Ability to efficiently collaborate with crossfunctional teams
- Ability to collaborate with a diverse range of people with different personalities and backgrounds Strong communication skills both oral and written
- Ability to translate numbers into insights and present them to stakeholders in an easytounderstand manner
Candidate profile
- Undergraduate or recent graduate from engineering or business school.
- Fluency in English is a must. Any other language would be considered a plus.
- Microsoft office package and Power BI
