Our subsidiaries include PSA PCGS WATA Card Ladder and the Long Beach Expo collectibles trade show.Since our founding in 1986 we have graded and authenticated millions of items. We employ more than 1700 people across our headquarters in Santa Ana and offices in Jersey City Seattle Canada Hong Kong Paris Shanghai and Tokyo.
We are currently looking for a General Manager to join our team and lead PSA for the European markets. This role reports to the Head of PSA International and will be based out of our new Germany office in Frankfurt.
What Youll Do:
- P&L responsibility for PSAs business in Europe
- Lead the PSA Europe organization out of the Germany office
- Devise and execute growth strategies for the European market in accordance with Collectors company goals and priorities. Identify and execute partnerships offerings and tactics and events to grow PSAs grading business
- Foster a collaborative environment with operations sales marketing and other cross functional teams to ensure short and long term objectives are met
- Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities for growth and expansion within the European market.
- Develop implement and maintain budgetary and resource allocation plans
- Establish maintain and grow strategic industry partnerships (e.g. top trading card dealers manufacturers etc. to drive grading revenue and grow PSA in Europe
- Develop relationships with key industry partners within Europe
- Evaluate and report on the performance of inmarket partnerships and work with leadership to enhance market strategy
- Oversee European marketing team developing and implementing marketing campaigns promotional activities and growth initiatives
Who You Are:
- 10 years of relevant management experience
- Experience managing a P&L
- Intimate knowledge of collectibles industry within the European market
- Excellent interpersonal communication and delegation skills
- Proven people leader that is teamorientated and can work with teams globally and embodies Collectors values: lead with integrity be kind bring out the best in everyone start with why collector obsession and play to win the game
- Proven track record of strategic partner management
- Selfstarter with ability to manage numerous projects and priorities simultaneously while maintaining precision and attentiontodetail
- Fluency in English and German
