What we are looking for:
Metros Speech Department continues to grow and we are looking for a dedicated per diem SLP to pick up home care cases in and around the Manorville area. Our clinics enjoy a welltrained support staff as well as a stateoftheart space and equipment. Come be a part of a growing organization in a progressive supportive and innovative team!
Job Type: Per Diem
Schedule: Flexible
Environment: Home care
Pay rate: $60$80/hour (depending on experience)
- Licensed SpeechLanguage Pathologist in the state of New York or eligible.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech Language Pathology (CCCSLP)
- Evaluates a patients need for speech therapy and develops an appropriate treatment plan.
- Provide appropriate care and treatment to patients based on physician care plan agency policy and professional standards of care.
- Instructs family members Home Health Aides and other caregivers in appropriate speech therapy techniques & HEP
- Mandatory Certifications: First Aid AED & CPR Certifications (live course)
