Structural Engineer
Minneapolis MN Direct Hire $100000 $150000
Konik is partnering with a leading architecture and engineering firm to add a Structural Engineer to their team. This role will focus on designing and managing structural systems for complex building projects.
Structural Engineer Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee structural designs calculations and specifications for building systems.
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers and technicians ensuring quality and project success.
- Collaborate with crossdisciplinary teams and clients to deliver innovative solutions.
- Perform structural evaluations including blast protection and progressive collapse analysis.
- Ensure projects meet industry codes regulations and security standards.
- Review design documents for constructability risk management and compliance.
- Manage workload budgets and deadlines effectively across multiple projects.
Structural Engineer Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Structural or Civil Engineering (Masters preferred).
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
- 8 years of experience in structural design preferably for highsecurity or federal projects.
- Proficiency in Revit AutoCAD and structural analysis software.
- Strong knowledge of building codes protective design and securityfocused structural solutions.
