Position: SVP Production Applications
Location: Hybrid Irvine area

They are looking for an SVP to lead the strategy development and management of enterpriselevel production applications supporting mortgage origination servicing and related business functions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership & Technology Roadmap: Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for production applications ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee the evaluation selection implementation and enhancement of mortgage technology platforms including LOS (Loan Origination Systems) POS (Point of Sale) servicing systems and underwriting platforms.
- Application Management & Optimization: Lead the administration integration and optimization of missioncritical applications supporting mortgage origination and servicing.
- Ensure high availability reliability and scalability of production systems through proactive monitoring and performance tuning.
- Team Leadership & Collaboration: Build and lead a highperforming team of application managers developers and analysts.
- Work closely with crossfunctional teams including mortgage operations risk compliance and customer experience to ensure technology solutions meet business needs.
- Provide detailed reports and roadmap for Senior Management.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Business or related field (Masters degree preferred).
- 15 years of experience in IT leadership roles with at least 10 years focused on enterprise applications in the mortgage industry.
- Deep expertise in mortgage origination and servicing systems (e.g. Encompass Empower Black Knight MSP Blend ICE Mortgage Technology).
- Proven track record of leading largescale technology transformations in a financial services environment.
- Strong understanding of mortgage loan origination processing underwriting closing and servicing workflows.
- Knowledge of industry regulations compliance requirements and cybersecurity best practices.
- Experience with cloudbased solutions API integrations and data analytics in mortgage applications.
