General Description:

Responsible for Labor Relations with local UFCW administration of the collective bargaining agreement and the grievance process. Administers unemployment claims attends unemployment hearings.

Required skills:

  • Be able to communicate written and verbally in English
  • Analytical skills
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Self Motivated/ High Sense of urgency
  • Able to perform under High Stress situations

Education Requirements (if applicable)

  • Bachelors degree preferred
  • PHR or SPHR preferred
  • 4 years of experience in Human Resources
  • 23 years experience in meat processing or other manufacturing setting
