RESPONSIBILITIES:
To ensure the defined Revenue Management business practices and processes are properly executed and deliver positive performance results through
Provide prompt courteous and professional service to customers and colleagues
Establishing a friendly relationship with all guests/children while anticipating their needs
Listening to guest complaints and responding with empathy
Maintaining exceptional levels of cleanliness in all departments areas
Keeping all areas of our department wellstocked with appropriate items for our guests convenience.
Having a basic knowledge of pool maintenance and cleaning
Operational knowledge of fitness center equipment
Mature judgment must be demonstrated while working with children
Must show basic knowledge about other services available within our hotel and be able to communicate those services clearly and effectively
Other duties as assigned
