What You Will Get To Do:
- Develop and execute derivatives product strategy messaging and launch of products and solutions that support the companys overall strategy and goals.
- Analyze market opportunity anticipate industry direction evaluate the feasibility and financial justification for new products and/or new releases of existing products and identify requirements for future and current functionality.
- Lead a team of professionals or firstlevel leaders working on issues of a diverse scope and coordinating department activities.
- Work closely with functional teams including technical architecture and development teams to ensure that appropriate processes are being followed to meet financial timing and customer expectations.
- Exercise latitude to make decisions within established company policies to meet business objectives.
- Establish procedures and recommend changes to policies.
What You Will Bring:
- A strong understanding of insurance customers needs the competitive environment including our position in relation to competitors and the market forces required to maintain a successful product solution.
- Possesses knowledge of overall product development processes and marketing strategy and has analysis/project management mindsets to thrive in a demanding environment.
- Experience leading teams to deliver results.
- Minimally requires a Bachelors degree and 6 years of related experience or Masters degree and 4 years of related experience
