Job Description

Position Summary:
The Painting Maintenance Mechanic performs maintenance and repair work on the interior and exterior building surfaces. This work is performed under general supervision using the tools and techniques of paitning and plastering technology. Requires proficient written and verbal English communication skills at least on a high school graduate level to interact with departmental/JHM staff.
Education:
High School diploma or equivalent.
Work Experience:5 years related work experience.
Location:1800 Orleans Street Baltimore MD 21287
Shift:Full Time 40 hours)
Weekend work required
