Job Description
Your contribution
- Support in daytoday operations
- Active participation in various strategic projects such as the global job evaluation project or annual salary and bonus planning
- Analysis of standard market salary and benefit structures
- Data analysis & data review based on external surveys
- Creation of evaluations reports and presentations on HR key figures and KPIs in German and English
Your strengths
- Enrolled student in economics business administration computer science or a comparable course of study
- First practical experience in HR
- Structured and reliable way of working
- Affinity for numbers and enjoy conceptual tasks
- Openness ability to work in a team and reliability
- Good MS Office skills (especially Excel & Power Point)
- Good knowledge of German and English
