The opportunity

The Power platform Developer is part of DPS team. The individual will provide development and engineering support for solutions involving PowerApps PowerAutomate SharePoint SharePoint Online Dataverse and other Microsoft 365 services and enterprise integrations.

Your key responsibilities

• Understand the AsIS process and create ToBe process diagrams
• Ability to Create Project Sprint plans Effort estimation plans resource planning
• Interact with different teams as needed as part of the solution implementation process
• Skilled in change management foresee changes in plans project scope etc.
• Ability to break down project into smaller modules and integrate them during implementation
• Indepth knowledge of PowerApps PowerAutomate SharePoint its features and related M365 services.
• Indepth knowledge of SharePoint development including custom web parts.
• Deep understanding of both Classic and Modern SharePoint functionality including Lists Document Libraries Pages Search Permissions and Settings
• Knowledge of SharePoint UI design principles including Fabric UI Themes HTML and CSS
• Experience developing custom solutions for SharePoint leveraging SharePoint Rest API CSOM Workflows Power Automate and related technologies.
• Development skills leveraging JavaScript ES6 jQuery TypeScript common frameworks (Knockout Handlebars React Angular) .NET C# PnP PowerShell HTML5 CSS3
• Deep knowledge of SharePoint Framework (SPFX) React JS Node JS TypeScript & JQuery Bootstrap CAML JSON REST API and Microsoft Teams integration
• Comprehensive understanding of SharePoint objectmodel and serviceoriented application development.
• Ability to understand and analyse business requirements by working with various stakeholders and create the appropriate information architecture taxonomy and solution approach
• Design and deliver technical solutions and documentation in SharePoint using out of the box capabilities and using different SharePoint app models for complex business scenarios in areas such as Search Workflows Content Types and Managed Metadata
• Ability to work within an Agile team effectively manage individual tasks communicate progress to leadership team and effectively contribute to the overall team success.

To qualify for the role you must have

• History of working credibly with development teams and delivering custom solutions on the Power platform
• Adapts personal communication style to the style of others develops rapport and stays calm under pressure or escalating issues using advanced oral and written English communication skills.
• Strong verbal and written skills including strong crosscultural communication and the ability to draft effective communications
• Ability to work with people in a variety of cultures countries and time zones
• Utilizes all aspects of Emotional Intelligence to navigate the interactions and complexities of the business environment and drive leadership performance in oneself and in others.
• Bachelor or Masters Degree in Computer Science Engineering or other relevant degree

Ideally youll also have

• Brings proven expertise in the portfolio
• Approximately 3 or more years of experience in a comparable role.
