Job Description

JOB SUMMARY

To process and coordinate sales and order administration for all customers in timely and effective fashion while providing support to the Sales Department through actions and the effective implementation of Company objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Obtain all information necessary to provide purchase order numbers and create accurately and timely invoices and delivery notes and forward to the correct personnel for authorisation

Providers and clients registration

Prepare quotes for clients

Review all orders to ensure that they meet client specifications

Place all orders with Logistic Operator stating clearly any additional instructions

To be well acquainted with imports and exports and used to work with customs

Maintain communication between Accounts and Sales when it comes to final payments & sending out contracts and provide support where necessary to brought ledger function

Update details on internal information system and SAP of sales that have been booked or completed

Produce necessary reports from internal information system and SAP which would make up the basis of Cosentinos turnover numbers for monthly accounts

Support the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets by recording all information in a timely manner and highlighting in advance any issues that may arise from orders/existing accounts

Keep customers updated with progress of their order/query. Proactive handling of customers is essential we will call them before they call us

Focus on improving market awareness of our product at a retail level through constant communication with clients and obtain feedback on service

Suggest and implement improvements identified and agreed necessary with the General Manage

Manual handling element with the unloading of containers

Loading of lorries and warehouse maintenance

EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATION

Completed High School or equivalent (at least).

Further education would be an advantage.

Basic Accounting.

KNOWLEDGE

  • Microsoft Office (minimum Word and Excel)
  • SAP modules SD and MM
  • Autocad
  • BOQs (material lists)
  • Languages:
  • English high level
  • Spanish is a plus

EXPERIENCE

At least 3 years of experience in administration workings (used to manage

orders and stock and working with customers)
