Are you passionate about cars and driven by helping others As a Grants Pass Toyota Parts Professional you wont just work with partsyoull play a key role in keeping our technicians equipped our service department efficient and our customers safely on the road.
Were looking for someone who loves the automotive world and finds fulfillment in being of service. In this role youll source and organize parts for inshop repairs maintain inventory systems and help ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. Youll work with cuttingedge computer programs and contribute to quality control every step of the way.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Promptly meet and assist both the technicians retail and wholesale customers in a friendly and courteous manner
- Obtain the correct parts and accessories for shop Technicians in a timely manner
- Accurately price parts and accessories using the proper pricing source and transfer the information to the proper document and computer system
- Assist with inventory reconciliation as needed
- Maintain the parts department in clean and orderly manner
- Provide Technicians and Guests with information needed and offer additional solutions when available
- Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the Companys Vision Mission and Values in all interactions with customers coworkers and suppliers
- Adheres to all company policies procedures and safety standards
- All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Excellent customer relations skills
- Experience in the automotive industry
- Proficient in computer applications and software
- Strong team collaboration skills
- Availability to work on Saturdays
