Please note this programme is unpaid but travel expenses are covered.
Job Description:
We welcome and encourage applications from UKbased candidates aged 1824 (at the time of application).
Over six months 23 total hours youll get access to:
A place on the Introduction to Sponsorship Course with the European Sponsorship Association (online course)
Onetoone mentoring from experienced professionals
Access to real industry events
Inperson workshop with experts from DSI across strategy creative insights partnerships and more
The chance to publish your perspective on dentsu Sports Internationals channels
This is your opportunity to get stuck in learn from those already working in the industry and share your voice too.
Were looking for bright minds with bold ideas people who want to shape the future of fanfirst marketing.
Its not all PowerPoints either! youll build real relationships make lasting connections and get a sense of what working in this industry is really like from the inside.
Key dates for 2025:
Applications close Friday 25th April (midnight)
Interviews W/C 5th May
Programme kicks off Monday 2nd June
Virtual welcome Friday 6th June
Inperson session at Dentsu Sports International Wednesday 20th August
Virtual Farewell 27th November
Important Information How to apply:
Instead of a CV answer the following questions in a creative way e.g. PowerPoint slides or video just save a link to a word doc and submit in the CV/cover letter section or use the URL link/attachments field. Videos should be no more than 2 minutes.

This programme is unpaid but travel expenses are covered.
Please note: Future FWD is designed to run alongside your current work studies or other commitments. This is not a fulltime role but we do ask for your commitment across the full six months.
