Work Schedule
Second Shift (Afternoons)Environmental Conditions
Able to lift 40 lbs. without assistance Adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Safety Standards Cleanroom: no hair products jewelry makeup nail polish perfume exposed piercings facial hair etc... allowed Some degree of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required (safety glasses gowning gloves lab coat ear plugs etc. Standing for full shift Strong Odors (chemical lubricants biological products etc.Job Description
Pay Rate: $16.50
2nd Shift: MonFri 2:00 PM 10:30 PM

Millersburg PA SingleUse manufacturing locations.
How Will You Make an Impact:
Work with a team in a fastpaced environment assembling product.
A Day in the Life:
Manually assemble tubing and connectors to be used in the medical industry
Read manufacturing drawings and follow standard procedures
Manufacture bags applying standard procedures (SOP) in accordance with product blueprint
Record and complete accurate documentation according to GMP requirements
Drive safety culture and quality in all activities
Responsible for performing visual inspection on inprocess and finished products and raise to leadership when appropriate
Participate in the Lean PPI (Practical Process Improvement) culture through Tier boards GEMBA JDI RCCM and/ or Kaizen events
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience:
- Required: No previous work experience required
Knowledge Skills Abilities:
- Follow all safety protocols
- Drive quality in all activities
- Stand and move about including reaching bending stooping grasping
- Use hand tools and equipment including forceful gripping grasping pushing and pulling
- Infrequently lift and manipulate up to 50 pounds max unassisted
Physical Requirements / Work Environment
- Ability to work in a fast paced controlled cleanroom environment 8 hours a day with additional overtime as the need arises for production schedule adherence
- The Cleanroom is controlled environment for temperature and humidity having low ambient noise.
- Specific gowning is required including: gloves hair & beard net and face cover safety glasses with no makeup / jewelry and the like.
- Ability to use PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and understand chemical hygiene
