Demonstrates a thorough level of abilities with and/or a proven record of success as both an individual contributor and team member with focus on deep expertise continuous throughput and quality
General skill set:
Have extensive 7 10 years of experience of SAP FICO module along with FSCD and worked on multiple implementation and support/operate projects
Understand client requirements provide solutions functional specifications and implement the same
Excellent Communication analytical and Interpersonal skills as a senior consultant and play a role of team lead.
Use feedback and reflection to develop selfawareness personal strengths and address development areas.
Proven track record as an SME in chosen domain i.e. FICO and FSCD.
Mentor Junior resources within the team conduct KSS and lessons learnt.
Be flexible to work in 2nd shift 2 pm IST to 11 pm IST)
Demonstrate critical thinking and the ability to bring order to unstructured problems.
Ticket Quality and deliverables review.
Status Reporting for the project.
Adherence to SLAs experience in incident management change management and problem management.
Review your work and that of others for quality accuracy and relevance.

In addition to the above the candidate should have been involved in the following during the life cycle of SAP Support project.
Unit Testing Integration Testing
User Support activities
Exposure to ASAP and other structured ITIL methodologies
Regularly interact with the onsite team/client
Provide status updates in daily/weekly conference calls
Maintain cordial relationship with onsite team/client
Strong Knowledge in:
Work experience on both FICO and FSCD
Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP Financials (focus on FICO Controlling Cost Center Accounting Profit Center Accounting Product Costing Profitability Analysis Project System Results Analysis Unsettled Costs Month End Close Overhead assessment and settlement.
Configure G/L A/P A/R and Asset Accounting.
Involvement with FI integration focuses on othermodules like MM HR PP and PM.
Experience in process implementation and optimization in the areas of Billing and Disbursement using SAP FSCD for Insurance business.
Multiple endtoend project lifecycle experience within SAP FSCD/FICO
Must have a Financial Services and/or an accounting background for SAP FSCD
Proficiency in US GAAP
Understanding of accounting business processes.
Stay current with the latest SAP FICO trends and best practices and recommend process improvements to optimize financial operations.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of FSCD on S4 HANA
