Nurse Residency (RN New Grad)
Job Type: Fulltime
Signon bonus with 24month commitment
Your first nursing role matters
Our Nurse Residency is a 12month program designed to help new RN graduates transition into clinical practice with confidence and competence. Combining the gold standard of evidencebased training mentorship and handson experience the residency develops clinical skills critical thinking and leadership. As a nurse resident joining our team youll build a foundation to thrive in your healthcare career.
- Oneoneone mentorship and cohort support
- Tuition reimbursement
- 35 nursing contact hours along with a certificate of completion from the US Department of Labor
Units/Specialties
Nurse residents gain valuable experience across a variety of units and specialties including:
- Critical Care (ICU)
- Emergency Room
- Med/Surg/Peds
- Surgical Services
- Womens Services

Qualifications and Requirements
Applicants should have a current state RN license and possess an associate degree in nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited nursing school. Additional requirements include:
- Less than one year of nursing experience
- Basic Life Support certification is required within 30 days of hire
- ACLS and PALS are required within six months of hire
