As a Senior Business Intelligence Developer you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing BI solutions that enable business growth and operational efficiency. You will work closely with stakeholders across various business divisions to gather requirements develop data models and deliver insightful reports that enhance decisionmaking. Key Responsibilities
Elicit and analyze business requirements to develop effective BI solutions.
Design build and maintain BI solutions across the full stack.
Integrate and consolidate data from multiple sources to establish a single source of truth.
Develop and maintain relational and dimensional data models.
Analyze data build reports and provide insights to improve business processes.
Mentor junior team members sharing best practices and technical expertise.
Minimum Requirements
Education: Relevant BSc degree (Information Systems or equivalent).
Experience: 5 years as a BI Analyst Developer.
BI Tools: Proficiency in Power BI or Qlik.
SQL Expertise: Advanced SQL skills with a proven ability to manipulate and analyze large datasets.
Business Acumen: Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights.
Track Record: Demonstrated experience in successfully delivering BI projects.
Preferred Skills (NicetoHaves)
Technical Stack: Experience with MS SQL Server SSIS Power BI Snowflake Talend or Qlik.
ProblemSolving: Strong ability to tackle complex data challenges.
Interpersonal Skills: Experience working with various business divisions and levels of management.
