ABOUT THE ROLE

As Breakfast Supervisor you will work closely with the Breakfast Manager to lead the breakfast team to deliver flawless fivestar service ensuring all our guests start their day in the best possible way.

Joining the team means you will be instrumental to the success of the hotel and the restaurants success. We are looking for someone who is motivated a peopleperson and passionate about what they do!

As Breakfast Supervisor key aspects of your role will include:

• Ensuring all guests receive a warm personalized welcome
• Recognizing regular guests by name
• Liaising with the Kitchen breakfast team addressing any concerns with service or quality as required
• Managing the flow of guests in the restaurant handling any guest complaints or concerns
• Ensuring the breakfast waiting team follow all steps of service to deliver flawless fivestar service
• Ensuring the team understand the importance of their role in the guests overall stay with us
• Be a key member of the floor team stepping in to assist at peak periods whenever required
• Monitoring employee performance and ensuring expectations are met
• Participating in departmental meetings by communicating any departmental needs daily training needs and W Hotels culture
• Ensuring all employees have proper uniform equipment and supplies to run the daily operation
• Interacting with guests to obtain feedback on product quality and service levels
• Setting a positive example for guest relations
• Managing the restaurant during breakfast service in the absence of the Breakfast Manager
• Working in collaboration with the wider Beverage and Food team to ensure a successful hotel opening and beyond

Our ideal SUSHISAMBA Breakfast Supervisor is someone who has:

• Previous experience working in highend highvolume restaurants and/or hotels
• A friendly and welcoming personality even at 6am!
• Excellent communication skills
• The ability to create memorable experiences for guests
• The ability to lead mentor and motivate others
• A positive mindset
• A genuine passion for working in hospitality
