Title: Zone Maintenance Mechanic 1
Department: Facilities
Position Type: Full Time Day Shift Shift 73:30pm
Location: Baltimore MD 21205
Responsibilities: The employee performs inspection maintenance and repair work on building systems and components under general supervision using tools and techniques from various technologies including electrical carpentry mechanical and plumbing.
Requirements: 5 years related work experience in a multicomplex maintenance environment.
The fulltime equivalent in trades programs may count toward the 5year work experience requirement.
Salary Range: Minimum$26.96/hour Maximum$31.30/hour.Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
