Job Description

Job Title: Supervisor Aircraft Maintenance (RC135

Job Code: 22653

Job Location: Greenville TX

Schedule: 4/10 (MonThu)

Job Description:

The Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for managing and controlling production schedules budgets and quality objectives. Supervisor must demonstrate strong leadership and managerial skills to lead several tasks simultaneously to achieve ontime delivery. Supervisor must possess significant level of expertise pertaining to Electrical/Mechanical modifications.

Essential Functions:

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance
  • Assist in the development of performance metrics in key areas such as Quality Cost and Schedule.
  • Analyze such metrics and be able to identify trends and provide corrective action when applicable
  • Facilitate selfdirected work teams provide training in core skills areas to team members and peers and interact with internal and external customers with respect to product planning problem resolution and process improvement
  • Support production business and other processes in a teambased manufacturing environment
  • Perform activities in a variety of crossfunctional areas including total quality management manufacturing systems material management and process reengineering
  • Must possess a strong aptitude in aircraft troubleshooting pertaining to Electrical systems.
  • Must be proficient in navigating schematics and maintenance manuals as required.
  • Knowledge of and planning for depotlevel maintenance and baseline modifications on various airframes.
  • Must be a selfstarter and motivated.
  • Must be technically proficient
  • Willingness and ability to work off shifts weekendsand overtime to meet company objectives

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree minimum of 6 years of prior related experience.
  • Minimum 2 years experience with structural modifications and assemblies.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen

Preferred Additional Skills:

  • Active security clearance
  • Excellent oral written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with heavy emphasis on Excel
  • Must possess good interpersonal skills and have the ability to coordinate with other functional groups and support organizations.
