Patient Care Tech General Radiology .
Full Time 12pm 8:30pm 40 hours
NO HOLIDAYS REQUIRED.
Under direct supervision of a Registered Nurse and taking into consideration the age and developmental needs of the patient performs routine patient activities and delegated patient care procedures of a specialized and technical nature which includes observing and monitoring patient condition identifying changes in collected patient data and notifying nurse settingup and maintaining specialized clinical equipment knowledge of aseptic technique collecting blood specimens and performing related delegated nursing procedures.

Ongoing education is provided to all Clinical Technicians to ensure that all techs perform at the highest level of their certification and scope of practice. During your first year you will have the opportunity to attend eight days of training off the unit which provide interactive learning activities to support your personal and professional development.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Active Nursing Assistant Certification (CNA) in Maryland is required.
- 1 year of acute care (hospital) tech experience within the most recent 2 years is required(EMT or CRT experience may be considered)
- BLS CPR certification required: AHA Red Cross or Military Training Network accepted.

Salary Range: Minimum17.37per hour Maximum26.13per hour.Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
