Responsibilities

As an Operational Staffing Analyst you will be responsible for assigned tasks and projects related to various operational staffing initiatives that effectively promote the organizations goals and objectives. This means you will lead hire level discussions about current staffing models and be responsible for the implementation of new models technology and be able to explain and understand different data sourcing systems.

In your role you will work very closely with data using tools and your prior knowledge to parse data access databases pivot tables etc. and summarize information into a usable format. You should have a high level of knowledge in these areas and be able to bring your own expertise into this rol

You will also:

  • Conduct operational staffing analysis to support operational and strategic decision making.
  • Participate in project teams and special assignments to support decision making processes throughout the organization.
  • Utilize different data sources to assess produce and/or develop complex reports and relevant standard or custom information (reports dashboards charts graphs and tables).
  • Lead and coordinate the design efforts to expand/enhance innovative tools that support and monitor performance of operational staffing initiatives.

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelors Degree in Healthcare Finance Business Administration or related required
  • Masters Degree in Healthcare Finance Business Administration or related field preferred

Experience

  • 3 years of experience performing business operational staffing or related analysis required
  • Experience performing analysis in the healthcare field preferred
