Job Description
Required Qualifications:
- 35 years of experience in an IT support or system administration role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows machines.
- Experience with basic networking protocols and troubleshooting (TCP/IP DNS DHCP).
- Familiarity with Active Directory and cloudbased services like Office 365 or Google Workspace.
- Proficient in hardware and software troubleshooting and repairs.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A Network or Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP).
- Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g. VMware HyperV).
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and tools.
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS Azure or Google Cloud Platform.
