Job Title: Senior Data Analyst
Location: Offshore / Remote
Employment Type: Fulltime

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to join our team. In this role you will transform complex data into clear actionable insights that support decisionmaking across the organization. Your work will focus on not just building charts but ensuring data is in a usable and interpretable format for analysis and strategic initiatives.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is detailoriented curious and proactive in exploring data to uncover meaningful patterns and insights. The role requires a blend of technical and communication skills with an emphasis on precision accuracy and the ability to communicate data findings clearly to internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis & Transformation:

Extract clean and transform large datasets into meaningful insights.

Use SQL to query and manipulate data from databases (BigQuery).

Ensure data is in the appropriate format for analysis focusing on accuracy and precision.

Build and maintain reports and dashboards using Looker Studio (required).

Utilize BigQuery for managing data and running complex queries.

Experience with Tableau is a plus for additional data visualization tasks.

Data Storytelling & Reporting:

Present data clearly and concisely making it easily understandable for nontechnical teams.

Translate data findings into actionable insights that support business decisions.

Provide context for decisionmakers by explaining the "story" behind the data.

Collaborate with internal teams to understand business goals and tailor data reporting to meet those needs.

Proactive Data Exploration:

Investigate data to uncover patterns correlations and trends.
-
Identify insights that help solve business problems and improve processes.

Continuously ask questions dive deep into datasets and contribute ideas to enhance data practices.

Collaboration & Communication:

Work closely with crossfunctional teams to understand data needs and provide accurate actionable data.

Prepare and deliver data reports and visualizations ensuring stakeholders understand key insights.

Use strong communication skills to explain complex data findings to nontechnical stakeholders.

Demonstrate emotional intelligence and a proactive approach to team collaboration.

Experience: 510 years of experience in data analysis or a similar role.

Ecommerce Experience: Familiarity with ecommerce data is a plus but not essential.
