Our client is a fastgrowing BPO provider and a trusted partner to some of the worlds leading brands. They are seeking a detailoriented and proactive Inbound Sales Representative with German to help them qualify potential clients guide them through the sales process and drive business growth.
As an Inbound Sales Representative you will be the first point of contact for prospective customers understanding their needs providing tailored solutions and ensuring a seamless customer journey. You will leverage your excellent communication skills in German and English to build rapport overcome objections and convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
Tasks
- Qualify potential leads coming from the Marketing Department
- Act as the primary point of contact addressing questions and concerns with professionalism and efficiency
- Guide prospects through the sales process
- Educate potential customers on product offerings features and benefits to help them make informed decisions
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline the sales process and improve conversion rates
- Maintain strong client relationships ensuring a positive experience and fostering longterm customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Experience in Customer Success Sales or Account Management You know how to build and nurture client relationships
- Understanding of the SaaS Industry
- ProcessOriented Mindset You love structure and improving workflows
- TechSavvy You pick up new tools quickly and are comfortable using digital platforms
- Fluent in German & English Strong communication skills to support international clients
