Job Description

JOB TITLE: Front Office Admin Executive
SALARY: 35K gross (PF Insurance Mediclaim Paid Leaves)
LOCATION: Lower Parel (Next to IKEA)
TIMINGS: 10:00am to 7:00pm / 1:00pm to 10:00pm
6 Days Working (WorkOFF on Weekdays)

A Front office Executive at Museum of Solutions serves as the initial point of contact for visitors families and school groups. This role requires exceptional customer service skills
enthusiasm and a genuine passion for creating an engaging and educational experience for children and their caregivers. They are responsible for handling checkins checkouts
bookings and various guest inquiries contributing to a seamless and enjoyable museum
journey.
Key responsibilities
Guest Service:
Welcome visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor creating a positive first
impression.
Assist families children and groups with admissions memberships and program
registrations.
Provide information about museum exhibits activities and upcoming events.
Assist in coordinating and welcoming school groups field trips and other organized
visits.
Ensure smooth checkin and assist facilitators or group leaders in orientation as
needed.
Monitor the reception area and ensure the safety and security of children and
visitors.
Follow established protocols in case of emergencies or lost children.
Administrative Tasks & Knowledge:
Complete administrative duties such as recordkeeping data entry and filing.
Be uptodate with museum programs events and exhibit details to provide
accurate information.

Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (additional education in hospitality or related
field is a plus).
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
Strong customer service orientation and a friendly demeanor.
Proficiency in using computer systems booking software and office applications.
Ability to handle cash transactions and operate pointofsale systems.
Flexibility to work in shifts weekends and holidays
Child safety awareness and the ability to respond calmly to challenging situations.

Under the direction of the Museum Experience Manager
