As an IT Systems Engineer you will:
- Provide troubleshooting and maintenance for client systems printers and communication links to ensure operational availability.
- Conduct daytoday system administration of hardware and software.
- Install and configure client hardware and software according to standardized documentation.
- Manage user account creation updates and terminations.
- Build configure and troubleshoot software/hardware enhancements application deployments and infrastructure upgrades.
- Diagnose and resolve basic network issues.
- Adhere to change management processes and maintain proper documentation.
- Collaborate with functional leadership to implement new or updated technologies aligned with operational procedures and compliance standards.
- Complete all required Quality & Compliance training within established deadlines.
- Ensure the integrity and validation of system inventory and GxPrelevant applications maintaining their validated state.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Bachelor s degree in Information Systems Computer Science or a related technical discipline (or equivalent experience).
- 5 years of experience in IT support specifically Windows client hardware/software.
- ITIL and Microsoft certifications.
- Solid knowledge and handson experience with Microsoft Windows 7/10 Windows Server 2016/2019/2022.
- Experience with VMware ESXi & vSphere (advantageous).
- Proficiency in systems deployment administration performance tuning and monitoring.
- Familiarity with incident problem change and configuration management.
- Understanding of IT service management principles.
- Experience in GxPcontrolled environments with a strong compliance mindset.
- Fluent written and verbal communication skills in both Portuguese and English.
