Analyze sales data and market trends to forecast demand and plan product assortments.
Collaborate with design and product development teams to create appealing product lines.
Merchandising Strategy:
Develop and implement merchandising plans to optimize product visibility and sales performance.
Ensure effective space planning and product placement in stores and online platforms.
Inventory Management:
Monitor inventory levels to prevent overstocking or stockouts.
Work closely with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely replenishment.
Visual Merchandising:
Create visually appealing displays and layouts that align with brand guidelines.
Regularly review store presentations to maintain visual standards.
Sales & Performance Analysis:
Track sales performance and adjust merchandising strategies accordingly.
Provide insights and recommendations to improve sales and profitability.
Collaboration & Communication:
Liaise with marketing sales and procurement teams to support campaigns and promotions.
Train and support store staff on product knowledge and merchandising techniques.
Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing Fashion Merchandising or a related field.
2 years of experience in merchandising preferably in the home textiles or retail industry.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficient in MS Office and merchandising software (e.g. ERP systems planograms).
Knowledge of textile materials production processes and home d cor trends.
Experience with ecommerce merchandising and digital marketing strategies.
